Refund Policy

Flap Rush is operated by Yazeed Almutiry. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Skin Pass subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on your bank or card issuer. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel the Skin Pass at any time from the "Manage or cancel Skin Pass" link on the home page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your premium skins stay unlocked until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you also want money back for a recent charge, request a refund as described above.
